Business Advisor Program

Advertising, Social Media & Claims Policy

Effective September 9, 2026 · Last updated September 9, 2026 · Version 2026-09-09

This Nuveda AI Advertising, Social Media & Claims Policy (“Advertising Policy”) establishes the rules governing advertising, marketing, promotional communications, social media activity, testimonials, endorsements, earnings representations, product claims, and other public or customer-facing statements made by Nuveda AI Business Advisors.

This Advertising Policy forms part of and is incorporated into the Nuveda AI Business Advisor Agreement (“Business Advisor Agreement”).

No separate signature or separate electronic acceptance of this Policy is required. An Advisor accepts this Policy by electronically accepting the Business Advisor Agreement.

1. Purpose

Business Advisors may communicate with customers, prospects, businesses, organizations, and the public concerning Nuveda AI.

Because statements made by Advisors may affect Nuveda AI customers and the reputation and legal obligations of Nuveda AI, Advisors must communicate accurately, transparently, and responsibly.

This Policy is intended to:

  • prevent false or misleading advertising;
  • prevent unauthorized earnings claims;
  • establish clear rules for social media;
  • protect customers and prospective customers;
  • require appropriate disclosure of the Advisor relationship;
  • protect Nuveda AI trademarks and branding;
  • prevent inaccurate pricing or product claims;
  • regulate testimonials and endorsements;
  • establish rules concerning AI-generated advertising;
  • reduce regulatory and reputational risk; and
  • establish consequences for advertising violations.

2. General Advertising Standard

All advertising and promotional communications concerning Nuveda AI must be:

  • truthful;
  • accurate;
  • not materially misleading;
  • supported where substantiation is required;
  • consistent with current Nuveda AI information;
  • presented in appropriate context; and
  • compliant with applicable law and Nuveda AI policies.

An Advisor may not make a statement indirectly that the Advisor would be prohibited from making directly.

3. Advisor Responsibility

Each Advisor is responsible for advertising or promotional content the Advisor:

  • creates;
  • publishes;
  • distributes;
  • sends;
  • authorizes;
  • reposts with endorsement;
  • materially edits;
  • pays to promote; or
  • directs another person to publish.

Use of a third-party platform, contractor, marketing agency, influencer, artificial intelligence system, or automated content-generation tool does not relieve the Advisor of responsibility for compliance.

4. Use Current Nuveda AI Information

Advisors must make reasonable efforts to use current Nuveda AI information.

Advisors should not knowingly continue distributing outdated information after Nuveda AI has materially changed:

  • pricing;
  • plans;
  • credits;
  • platform capabilities;
  • integrations;
  • compliance status;
  • commission information;
  • product availability;
  • policies;
  • branding; or
  • other material information.

If an Advisor is unsure whether information remains current, the Advisor should verify it before publication.

5. Approved Materials

Nuveda AI may provide approved:

  • advertisements;
  • social media graphics;
  • videos;
  • scripts;
  • sales presentations;
  • brochures;
  • product descriptions;
  • email templates;
  • testimonials;
  • commission descriptions;
  • logos;
  • certification marks; and
  • other promotional materials.

Use of Company-approved materials is encouraged where available.

Approved materials may not be materially altered in a manner that makes them false, misleading, or inconsistent with Nuveda AI’s approved message.

6. Independent Advisor Content

Advisors may create their own promotional content where permitted by Nuveda AI.

Independent content must comply with this Policy.

Nuveda AI may require an Advisor to:

  • revise content;
  • add disclosures;
  • remove inaccurate claims;
  • discontinue an advertisement;
  • remove unauthorized branding;
  • correct outdated information; or
  • stop using particular content.

7. Disclosure of Advisor Relationship

When an Advisor promotes, endorses, or recommends Nuveda AI in circumstances where the Advisor’s financial relationship may not otherwise be clear, the Advisor must clearly disclose the relationship.

Appropriate disclosures may include:

“Nuveda AI Business Advisor”

or, where additional clarity is appropriate:

“I am an independent Nuveda AI Business Advisor and may earn commissions from eligible customer purchases.”

The disclosure should be sufficiently clear and prominent for the context.

FTC guidance states that material connections between endorsers and marketers that could affect how consumers evaluate an endorsement should be disclosed.

8. Disclosures Must Be Clear

Required disclosures should not be:

  • hidden;
  • buried in unrelated text;
  • placed where consumers are unlikely to see them;
  • contradicted by the main claim;
  • made only through an unclear hashtag;
  • obscured by platform interfaces; or
  • presented in a manner that is materially difficult to understand.

The Advisor should place disclosures reasonably close to the relevant endorsement or promotional claim.

9. Social Media

This Policy applies to social media and online communications, including where applicable:

  • LinkedIn;
  • X;
  • Facebook;
  • Instagram;
  • TikTok;
  • YouTube;
  • Snapchat;
  • Reddit;
  • Discord;
  • forums;
  • blogs;
  • podcasts;
  • livestreams;
  • messaging platforms;
  • online communities; and
  • future platforms.

Platform-specific character limits do not eliminate the obligation to make truthful statements and required disclosures.

10. Personal Versus Official Accounts

Advisors may promote Nuveda AI through authorized personal or professional accounts.

Unless expressly authorized, an Advisor may not create an account that reasonably appears to be the official corporate account of Nuveda AI.

Advisors may not use names such as:

  • Official Nuveda AI;
  • Nuveda AI Corporate;
  • Nuveda AI Headquarters;
  • Nuveda AI Support;
  • Nuveda AI Legal;
  • Nuveda AI Compliance; or
  • similar names

in a manner that falsely implies corporate control or authorization.

11. Nuveda AI Trademarks

Nuveda AI trademarks and logos may be used only as authorized.

Advisors may not:

  • alter logos without permission;
  • create confusingly similar marks;
  • register Nuveda AI trademarks;
  • register confusingly similar domains;
  • imply ownership of Nuveda AI branding;
  • create unauthorized merchandise;
  • sublicense Nuveda AI branding; or
  • continue using restricted branding after authorization ends.

12. Commission Rate Claims

Advisors may accurately state the approved Nuveda AI Business Advisor commission rate.

The current Program provides eligible Business Advisors with:

30% recurring commission on eligible customer accounts, subject to the Nuveda AI Business Advisor Agreement and applicable Program policies.

Advisors should not materially shorten this representation in a way that creates a misleading impression about commission eligibility.

13. Recurring Does Not Mean Guaranteed

Advisors must not describe recurring commissions as:

  • guaranteed forever;
  • lifetime income;
  • permanent income;
  • guaranteed passive income;
  • perpetual commission;
  • automatic monthly income; or
  • an unconditional entitlement.

Recurring commission eligibility remains subject to applicable Program terms.

14. No Guaranteed Earnings Claims

Advisors may not guarantee that another Business Advisor or prospective Advisor will earn:

  • a specific dollar amount;
  • a specific monthly income;
  • a specific annual income;
  • recurring income;
  • passive income;
  • full-time income;
  • supplemental income;
  • replacement income; or
  • any particular financial result.

15. No Unsubstantiated Earnings Representations

An Advisor may not state or imply that a particular earnings result is typical, expected, easy, likely, or generally achievable unless the representation has been expressly authorized by Nuveda AI and supported by appropriate evidence.

Examples of potentially prohibited claims include:

  • “Make $10,000 per month.”
  • “Anyone can earn six figures.”
  • “Replace your salary.”
  • “Quit your job.”
  • “Financial freedom.”
  • “Guaranteed recurring income.”
  • “Passive income for doing nothing.”
  • “Easy money.”
  • “Everyone gets paid.”
  • “You will make your first commission quickly.”

The FTC continues to pursue deceptive earnings representations concerning money-making opportunities.

16. Personal Earnings Experiences

An Advisor must not present an unusual personal earnings result in a way that creates a misleading impression about what another participant can reasonably expect.

If Nuveda AI authorizes use of an Advisor earnings testimonial, Nuveda AI may require:

  • verification of the result;
  • relevant context;
  • clear disclosure;
  • information concerning generally expected results where required; and
  • other appropriate qualifications.

A statement such as “results may vary” may not, by itself, cure an otherwise misleading testimonial. FTC guidance specifically cautions that exceptional testimonials can be misleading without appropriate information about generally expected results.

17. No Recruitment-Earnings Claims

Advisors may not imply that income is earned merely by:

  • joining the Academy;
  • completing certification;
  • becoming a Business Advisor;
  • recruiting Advisors;
  • building a team of Advisors; or
  • convincing other people to enroll.

Nuveda AI commissions are based on eligible customer business under the Program terms.

18. The Academy Is Free

Advisors may accurately state that the Nuveda AI Advisor Academy is free to enroll in and free to complete.

Advisors may not state or imply that a fee, paid package, paid certification, subscription, credit purchase, starter kit, or other purchase is required where none is required.

19. No Guaranteed Appointment

Advisors may not state or imply that completing the Academy automatically guarantees appointment as a Nuveda AI Business Advisor.

Participants remain subject to applicable qualification, verification, approval, and onboarding requirements.

20. No Guaranteed Leads

Advisors may not advertise that becoming a Business Advisor guarantees:

  • leads;
  • customer assignments;
  • exclusive territories;
  • enterprise customers;
  • Company-provided prospects; or
  • sales opportunities

unless Nuveda AI expressly establishes such a guarantee.

21. Product Capability Claims

Advisors may describe Nuveda AI capabilities using current approved information.

Advisors may not claim that Nuveda AI can perform a function that:

  • does not exist;
  • is not currently available;
  • has not been released;
  • requires functionality the Advisor does not understand;
  • is limited in a way omitted from the claim; or
  • has not been approved for public representation.

22. Unified Platform Representations

Advisors may describe Nuveda AI as a unified AI platform using current Company-approved positioning.

Advisors should not create technical representations regarding orchestration, agents, models, tools, APIs, MCP resources, workflows, enterprise systems, or other architecture unless the representation is accurate and based upon current approved information.

23. AI Model Claims

Advisors may not claim that a particular AI model or provider is connected to Nuveda AI unless that connection is current and authorized for disclosure.

Advisors must not claim that Nuveda AI owns or developed a third-party model when it did not.

24. API Claims

Statements about Nuveda AI APIs must reflect current functionality.

Advisors may not promise:

  • unsupported endpoints;
  • undocumented functionality;
  • unlimited usage;
  • guaranteed performance;
  • future release dates;
  • custom integrations; or
  • implementation capabilities

without authorization.

25. MCP Claims

Statements concerning Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) capabilities must be accurate and current.

Advisors may not represent that an MCP integration or tool is available, certified, supported, or production-ready unless Nuveda AI has authorized that representation.

26. Integration Claims

Advisors must distinguish between:

  • currently available integrations;
  • integrations under development;
  • possible custom integrations;
  • planned integrations; and
  • conceptual capabilities.

An Advisor may not state that Nuveda AI integrates with another company merely because a technical integration may theoretically be possible.

27. Third-Party Company Names

Use of another company’s name or trademark should not imply:

  • partnership;
  • endorsement;
  • sponsorship;
  • certification;
  • affiliation; or
  • approval

unless such a relationship actually exists and Nuveda AI has authorized the representation.

28. Pricing Claims

Advisors must use current authorized pricing.

Advisors may not:

  • invent pricing;
  • advertise outdated pricing knowingly;
  • promise an unauthorized price;
  • conceal mandatory charges;
  • create fake discounts;
  • create fake expiration dates;
  • guarantee future pricing; or
  • represent that a promotional price is permanent when it is not.

29. Discounts

Advisors may advertise discounts only when the discount has been authorized.

An Advisor may not independently create:

  • coupon codes;
  • promotional prices;
  • customer credits;
  • free subscription periods;
  • waived fees; or
  • special pricing arrangements

without authorization.

30. Free Credits and Promotions

Any representation concerning free credits, trials, promotional access, or other offers must match the current offer.

Advisors should clearly distinguish between:

  • one-time credits;
  • recurring credits;
  • free services;
  • promotional discounts; and
  • paid services.

31. Security Claims

Security claims must be accurate and based upon current Nuveda AI-approved information.

Advisors may not state or imply:

  • absolute security;
  • impossibility of breach;
  • guaranteed protection;
  • “100% secure”;
  • “unhackable”;
  • complete immunity from cyberattack; or
  • other absolute security claims.

32. SOC 2 Claims

Advisors may discuss Nuveda AI’s SOC 2 status only using current approved language.

An Advisor must distinguish accurately among statuses such as:

  • readiness;
  • audit preparation;
  • audit in progress;
  • Type I completion;
  • Type II completion; or
  • another applicable status.

An Advisor may not state that Nuveda AI is SOC 2 certified or has completed an audit unless that statement is accurate and approved for use.

33. GDPR Claims

Advisors may not state that Nuveda AI is “GDPR certified” unless a legitimate certification exists and the claim has been approved.

Statements concerning GDPR should use current Company-approved compliance language.

Advisors should not provide legal advice concerning GDPR.

34. Privacy Claims

Advisors may discuss Nuveda AI privacy practices only using current, accurate information.

Advisors may not make absolute statements such as:

  • “Nuveda AI never collects data”;
  • “Nuveda AI never shares information”;
  • “your information can never leave the U.S.”;
  • “all customer data is anonymous”; or
  • similar claims

unless specifically supported and approved.

35. Data Residency Claims

Advisors may not promise a particular data-storage or processing region unless Nuveda AI has confirmed that the applicable customer arrangement supports that representation.

Custom enterprise data-residency requirements must be reviewed through approved Nuveda AI processes.

Advisors are not authorized to provide legal advice on behalf of Nuveda AI.

Advisors should not make broad claims that use of Nuveda AI automatically makes a customer compliant with:

  • GDPR;
  • HIPAA;
  • SOC 2;
  • CCPA;
  • financial regulations;
  • employment regulations;
  • industry regulations; or
  • other legal requirements.

Compliance depends on the applicable circumstances.

37. Industry-Specific Claims

Before promoting Nuveda AI for regulated industries, Advisors should use current approved materials.

Examples may include:

  • healthcare;
  • financial services;
  • insurance;
  • government;
  • legal services;
  • education; or
  • other regulated sectors.

Advisors may not independently create regulatory assurances.

38. Customer Results

Advisors may not guarantee that Nuveda AI will cause a customer to achieve:

  • increased revenue;
  • reduced staffing costs;
  • increased productivity;
  • increased profitability;
  • reduced expenses;
  • faster growth;
  • particular ROI;
  • specific conversion rates; or
  • another measurable business result

unless the claim has been appropriately substantiated and authorized.

39. Estimates and Projections

Where authorized estimates or projections are used, they must be clearly identified as estimates or illustrative examples rather than guaranteed outcomes.

Relevant assumptions should not be concealed.

40. Customer Testimonials

Testimonials must reflect genuine experiences and may not be fabricated.

An Advisor may not:

  • invent testimonials;
  • write fake reviews;
  • impersonate customers;
  • materially alter a customer statement to change its meaning;
  • purchase fake positive reviews;
  • condition compensation on a particular positive sentiment; or
  • suppress legitimate negative reviews through deceptive means.

FTC guidance requires endorsements to be truthful and not misleading and prohibits various deceptive review practices.

41. Permission to Use Testimonials

Before using a customer’s:

  • name;
  • image;
  • logo;
  • company name;
  • quotation;
  • video;
  • case study; or
  • identifiable testimonial,

the Advisor must obtain any authorization required by Nuveda AI policy or applicable law.

42. Material Connections

Where an endorsement involves a material connection that would not reasonably be obvious to the audience, the connection must be appropriately disclosed.

Examples may include:

  • commission relationships;
  • free products or services;
  • paid sponsorship;
  • discounts;
  • gifts; or
  • another financial relationship.

43. Influencers

An Advisor may not independently hire or direct an influencer to promote Nuveda AI as an official Company campaign without authorization.

Any authorized influencer campaign must comply with applicable disclosure and advertising requirements.

If an Advisor personally acts as an influencer, the Advisor remains subject to this Policy.

Advisors may conduct paid advertising only where permitted by Nuveda AI.

Nuveda AI may establish requirements concerning:

  • ad platforms;
  • keywords;
  • trademarks;
  • landing pages;
  • geographic targeting;
  • copy;
  • claims;
  • disclosure;
  • domains;
  • tracking; and
  • budget responsibility.

45. Search Advertising

Advisors may not purchase keywords or create search advertisements that misleadingly imply the Advisor’s page is Nuveda AI’s official corporate website.

Nuveda AI may restrict bidding on Company trademarks.

46. Domain Names

Advisors may not register domain names that could reasonably be mistaken for an official Nuveda AI domain without authorization.

Examples may include domains containing:

  • Nuveda AI;
  • NuvedaAI;
  • official Nuveda;
  • Nuveda support;
  • Nuveda enterprise; or
  • similar confusing terms.

47. Landing Pages

Advisor-created landing pages must not falsely appear to be official Nuveda AI corporate pages unless Nuveda AI has expressly authorized them.

Pages should accurately identify the Advisor relationship where appropriate.

48. Email Marketing

Advisor email marketing must comply with:

  • applicable law;
  • the Business Advisor Agreement;
  • this Advertising Policy;
  • approved branding requirements; and
  • applicable communication preferences.

Advisors may not use deceptive sender information, deceptive subject lines, or unlawful spam practices.

49. Text and Messaging Marketing

Advisors must comply with applicable requirements before using text messaging, automated messaging, or similar communications for promotional purposes.

An Advisor may not assume that possession of a telephone number constitutes authorization for every type of marketing communication.

50. Telemarketing

Advisors engaging in telephone outreach must comply with applicable telemarketing requirements.

Advisors may not use unauthorized robocalls, deceptive caller identification, or other unlawful telephone marketing methods.

51. Direct Messages

Direct messages on social networks remain subject to this Policy.

An Advisor may not use DMs to make claims that would be prohibited in a public advertisement.

52. Groups and Online Communities

Advisors participating in online groups or communities must comply with:

  • applicable group rules;
  • platform rules;
  • this Policy; and
  • applicable law.

Advisors should not disguise commercial promotion as an independent customer recommendation.

53. Astroturfing

Advisors may not create the false appearance of independent consumer enthusiasm.

Prohibited activity may include:

  • fake customer profiles;
  • coordinated fake reviews;
  • undisclosed promotional accounts;
  • false community recommendations;
  • impersonating neutral third parties; or
  • fabricated discussions.

54. Comparative Advertising

Advisors may compare Nuveda AI with competitors where the comparison is:

  • truthful;
  • accurate;
  • fair;
  • current;
  • appropriately supported; and
  • not misleading.

Advisors must not fabricate competitor weaknesses.

55. Competitor Claims

An Advisor may not knowingly state that a competitor is:

  • fraudulent;
  • illegal;
  • insecure;
  • noncompliant;
  • failing;
  • insolvent;
  • unsafe; or
  • otherwise materially deficient

without a legitimate factual basis and authorization where required.

56. Future Features

Advisors must clearly distinguish between:

  • currently available functionality;
  • functionality in beta;
  • functionality under development;
  • planned functionality; and
  • potential future concepts.

Advisors may not guarantee release dates or future functionality unless Nuveda AI expressly authorizes the representation.

57. Roadmap Information

Non-public roadmap information is confidential unless Nuveda AI authorizes disclosure.

Advisors may not publicly disclose confidential product plans merely because they learned about them through the Academy or Advisor Program.

58. “Coming Soon” Claims

An Advisor may use “coming soon” or similar language only for functionality Nuveda AI has approved for such public representation.

59. Artificial Intelligence-Generated Advertising

Advisors may use AI tools to assist with marketing where permitted.

However, the Advisor remains responsible for the final content.

AI-generated content must be reviewed for:

  • fabricated claims;
  • outdated information;
  • inaccurate pricing;
  • false testimonials;
  • improper earnings claims;
  • unsupported security statements;
  • false compliance claims;
  • intellectual-property concerns; and
  • other inaccuracies.

60. AI-Generated People and Testimonials

An Advisor may not use AI-generated persons in a manner that falsely implies a real customer provided a testimonial or endorsement.

Synthetic content should not be presented deceptively as authentic customer evidence.

61. Deepfakes and Impersonation

Advisors may not create or distribute deceptive synthetic media that impersonates:

  • Nuveda AI executives;
  • employees;
  • customers;
  • public figures;
  • partners;
  • competitors; or
  • other individuals

in connection with Nuveda AI promotion.

62. Copyrighted Content

Advisors are responsible for using marketing content lawfully.

An Advisor may not knowingly use copyrighted:

  • images;
  • music;
  • videos;
  • graphics;
  • text;
  • software;
  • trademarks; or
  • other content

without appropriate authorization.

63. News and Press Representations

An Advisor may not present themselves as an authorized Nuveda AI press spokesperson unless expressly appointed.

Media inquiries concerning Company-wide matters should be directed to Nuveda AI.

64. Investor Claims

Business Advisors are not authorized to solicit investments in Nuveda AI unless separately and expressly authorized under an appropriate legal process.

Advisors may not make securities, valuation, fundraising, or investment-return claims on behalf of Nuveda AI merely because they are Business Advisors.

65. Employment Claims

Advisors must not advertise the Business Advisor Program as guaranteed employment.

The Program is not employment solely because an individual becomes an approved Business Advisor.

66. Independent Contractor Disclosure

Where the nature of a communication could reasonably create confusion, Advisors should accurately identify themselves as independent Business Advisors rather than Nuveda AI employees.

67. Certification Claims

Advisors may state accurately that they completed applicable Nuveda AI Academy requirements while their certification remains valid.

They may not claim that Nuveda AI certification is:

  • a government license;
  • an academic degree;
  • a government certification;
  • a professional license; or
  • another credential it is not.

68. Customer Logos

Customer logos may not be used without appropriate authorization.

The existence of a customer relationship does not automatically authorize public use of the customer's brand.

69. Customer Names

An Advisor must not publicly identify confidential customer relationships without authorization.

70. Case Studies

Case studies must be accurate and based upon genuine customer information.

Any quantitative results should be supported and appropriately contextualized.

71. Records of Advertising

Nuveda AI may require Advisors to retain or provide copies of material promotional content.

This may include:

  • ads;
  • social posts;
  • landing pages;
  • videos;
  • scripts;
  • emails;
  • direct-message campaigns;
  • paid advertisements; and
  • other marketing materials.

72. Nuveda AI Review

Nuveda AI may review Advisor advertising for compliance.

Nuveda AI is not required to preapprove every piece of Advisor content unless Nuveda AI establishes such a requirement.

Failure by Nuveda AI to identify a violation immediately does not constitute permanent approval of the content.

73. Takedown Requests

If Nuveda AI reasonably determines that Advisor content violates this Policy, the Advisor must promptly:

  • remove the content;
  • disable the advertisement;
  • correct the claim;
  • add a required disclosure; or
  • take other reasonable corrective action.

74. Emergency Takedown

Nuveda AI may require immediate removal of content involving:

  • materially false claims;
  • serious earnings misrepresentations;
  • customer privacy violations;
  • security misrepresentations;
  • fraudulent testimonials;
  • impersonation;
  • serious trademark misuse; or
  • another substantial legal or reputational risk.

75. Corrective Disclosures

Where an inaccurate claim has been widely distributed, Nuveda AI may require an Advisor to publish or send a reasonable correction.

76. Advertising Violations

Violations may result in:

  • coaching;
  • correction requests;
  • additional training;
  • formal warning;
  • loss of advertising privileges;
  • removal of marketing materials;
  • lead restrictions;
  • suspension;
  • recertification;
  • or termination.

77. Serious Advertising Misconduct

Conduct that may justify immediate suspension or termination includes:

  • intentional deceptive earnings claims;
  • fraudulent customer testimonials;
  • knowing false security claims;
  • deliberate false regulatory claims;
  • impersonation of Nuveda AI;
  • material misuse of customer information;
  • repeated refusal to remove deceptive content;
  • fraudulent advertisements;
  • deliberate use of fake customers or endorsements; or
  • other serious deceptive conduct.

78. No Automatic Commission Forfeiture

An advertising violation does not automatically eliminate commissions already legally earned.

Commission consequences remain governed by:

  • the Business Advisor Agreement;
  • Commission & Customer Attribution Policy;
  • Suspension & Termination Policy;
  • the facts of the violation; and
  • applicable law.

Fraudulent transactions generated through deceptive conduct do not create legitimate commission rights merely because a customer payment occurred.

79. Reporting Questionable Claims

Advisors should seek clarification from Nuveda AI if they are uncertain whether a material advertising claim is permitted.

Questions are particularly appropriate before making claims involving:

  • earnings;
  • security;
  • legal compliance;
  • SOC 2;
  • GDPR;
  • data residency;
  • enterprise capabilities;
  • future products;
  • competitor comparisons; or
  • quantitative customer outcomes.

80. Changes to This Policy

Nuveda AI may modify this Policy prospectively where reasonably necessary to reflect:

  • changes in law;
  • FTC guidance;
  • platform changes;
  • product changes;
  • advertising standards;
  • social-media developments;
  • Program changes;
  • security requirements; or
  • legitimate business needs.

Material contractual changes will be handled consistently with the Business Advisor Agreement.

81. Relationship to Other Program Documents

This Policy should be read together with:

  • Nuveda AI Business Advisor Agreement;
  • Commission & Customer Attribution Policy;
  • Active Advisor & Inactivity Policy;
  • Suspension & Termination Policy;
  • Advisor Code of Conduct;
  • Customer Data & Security Policy;
  • Lead Registration & Customer Ownership Policy; and
  • Earnings & Opportunity Disclosure.

If this Policy conflicts with the Business Advisor Agreement concerning a material contractual provision, the Business Advisor Agreement controls unless a later validly accepted amendment expressly provides otherwise.

82. No Separate Signature

This Policy does not require:

  • handwritten signature;
  • paper execution;
  • separate electronic signature;
  • separate checkbox; or
  • separate acceptance.

It is incorporated into the Business Advisor Agreement.

83. Electronic Acceptance

The Advisor accepts this Policy when the Advisor electronically accepts the Nuveda AI Business Advisor Agreement.

Nuveda AI may retain electronic records identifying:

  • Advisor or user ID;
  • Business Advisor Agreement version;
  • Advertising Policy version;
  • acceptance date and time;
  • electronic acceptance event; and
  • other reasonable evidence of acceptance.

84. Electronic Acknowledgment

By electronically accepting the Nuveda AI Business Advisor Agreement, the Advisor acknowledges and agrees that:

  • this Advertising, Social Media & Claims Policy forms part of that Agreement;
  • all advertising concerning Nuveda AI must be truthful and not misleading;
  • material claims must be appropriately supported;
  • the Advisor's financial relationship with Nuveda AI must be disclosed where required;
  • the Advisor may accurately describe the approved 30% recurring commission structure but may not guarantee earnings;
  • recurring commission does not mean guaranteed, lifetime, or perpetual income;
  • the Advisor may not make unsubstantiated earnings claims;
  • the Advisor may not falsely guarantee leads, customers, sales, or income;
  • current pricing and promotional terms must be used;
  • claims about APIs, MCP, integrations, AI models, and platform capabilities must be accurate and current;
  • security, SOC 2, GDPR, privacy, and data-residency claims must use approved current information;
  • future features must not be represented as currently available;
  • testimonials and endorsements must be genuine and not misleading;
  • required material-connection disclosures must be clear;
  • AI-generated advertising remains the Advisor's responsibility;
  • deceptive synthetic testimonials and impersonation are prohibited;
  • Nuveda AI may require correction or removal of noncompliant advertising;
  • serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination; and
  • commissions already legally earned are not automatically forfeited solely because an advertising violation occurs.

No separate signature or separate electronic acceptance of this Policy is required.

The Advisor's electronic acceptance of the Nuveda AI Business Advisor Agreement constitutes acceptance of this Policy.
